At MODENZA, we value your satisfaction and take pride in delivering high-quality products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Print/Design Defect – If the design or print on the product is faulty, misaligned, faded, or incorrect compared to the order placed.

  2. Material Damage – If the product arrives with a tear, hole, or major defect in the fabric that affects its usability.

⚠️ Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer.

  • Change of mind or preference after purchase.

  • Slight variations in color or print due to digital display differences.

  • Normal wear and tear after usage.

Return Process

  1. Timeframe – You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Proof of Defect – Please provide clear photos or videos of the defect (print issue or material tear) and email them to MODENZACLOTHES@GMAIL.COM along with your order number.

  3. Approval – Once verified, we will notify you with approval and instructions for returning the product.

  4. Condition – The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags/packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Replacement: We will send you a new product of the same design once the defective item is returned and inspected.

  • Refund: If replacement is not possible (e.g., product is out of stock), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved (due to a verified defect), return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • If the return does not meet our defect criteria, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
